    What's next?

The R8 is such a great car, but have youn guys thought about what to get next(non- performance car-wise)? I have a baby coming and the R8 obviously doesn't fit my baby or my wife and my wife doesn't like to drive my company car (for obvious reason, as it is a Hyundai Sonata). I've been looking from s-class to range rover to x6 to fiat 500 to s8. m5 is (at least the 5er) is due to be replaced, e-class is the same... i'd expect the ride of rs-6 is prob gong to be to harsh. any idea?
No more R8...Jing jing sold after a year with only 7000km. A people mover as replacement.

I'm thinking of an A5 or golf GTi as a practical 2nd car.

Just replaced my A6 to an A4 3.2q. Very comfortable and finally Audi make an A4 that can accommodate human beings at the back. I don't need another hotrod so the A4 is perfect. If you have a baby coming then you will need something that has some space at the back as well as the trunk. I would say get the new A4 Avant. Station wagon is way cooler than SUV.

BTW, congratulations on the baby. When is he/she due?

p.s. Don't let the magazines tell you about some bs about harsh ride for the S6/RS6.

S8 is a little 'sajangnim' car, though. i drove it before and loved it but my wife would go for the s-class any day.

i had one evening that was ok but went out eatting then all the other days were busy, so not yet.

    agree with stationwagon.

Is this your first one? If so then you don't need something as big as an A8 or S class. How about a 7 seater? I also have a Mazda 5 for running around with kids (I have 3!!!) and I love the thing. Perfect car for the purpose.

The Rs6 is surprisingly comfortable, you should take it out for a test if you are considering it. I was very surprised and performance wise it still puts a hell of a smile on your face when you want it!
