I can't possibly see why this guy would choose r8talk as the traffic isn't nearly high enough. I think he just gets a kick out of it.

Check to see why e-mail address he is using to register and see if there is a pattern and ban that entire address from being able to register. When you ban the ip ban the ip like this xxx.xxx.xxx not xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx . Just tryin to help

How can I contact the moderator of this site. When I attempt to use the link under "contact us" it will not accept/send the message with the encrypted characters are entered as per instructions.

I just tried the Contact Us page. You have to correctly enter BOTH security questions: the one which looks like (is!) an advertisement, and the one immediately below it.
