Ok thought I would share..
I sold my 2009 GT-R a few weeks ago and whilst it produced great performance it cost a arm and a leg in servicing and maintenance costs.
Having it as a daily driver didn't help the cause as I clocked up 50,000k in 14 months which meant lots of services at the dealer along with track day use which chewed 5 sets of tyres at $3500 a set.
I wanted another performance car to sit alongside my R8 and looked at lots of others but kept coming back to the 2012 GT-R burning money Parasite.
I really thought when I sold my 2009 model I had released this money eating Vermin from my bank balance.. but today I went and actually placed real money to confirm my order for the new 2012 Model which I will get in March.
Why oh Why???
0- 60mph =2.9 secs or 0-100k = 3.0 secs
Its a good starting point and appears to be a absolute cracker.
Its what I love about buying performance cars..you try to justify some practical reason but in reality its just guilty pleasure or madness.
