I looked through the brochure. They are pricing it for solar development, so the price way out of reach for using as a track. Also, it wouldn't make a good race track without some work, as the pavement is variable, lots of it is intentionally rough to simulate the variety of roads in the real world.

Still, I agree it would be epic!

Yeah I found it looking for land to build a oval or small track on here in england to drift on and build dirt jumps ect

But this been england health and safety + red tape make it stupidly hard.

There is a few tracks in California anyway isn't there. Thinking about flying to Los Angeles and driving all the way up to vancouver over a month like a us road trip at the end of summer.

I fly over this track frequently as it is enroute on of one of my regular commutes. I've always been fascinated by it. The oval is simply HUGE.

It is not very far from Willow Springs, the "fastest road in the west".

I think you should buy it and turn in to one of those track resorts

Would be the ultimate drivers company to own. Everyday get a few laps in.

I hope someone buys it and keeps/improves it for car use.
