The reason I will never own another Italian Car again!


Every time I would walk in to a dealership they treated and looked at me like I was going to hold up the place. They refused to cover things under warranty and italian cars are about as reliable as a stripper making it to an office job at 9am.

Wake up and smell the coffee. Lemons are out there, but so are some PERFECT Italian cars. My Buddies '06 Gallardo is a fine machine. And I'm sure the newer ones are only better.(non lemons) You don't want a car built on Mondays.(SPELLED HANGOVER) and the assemblers are antsy to party on Fridays. SHORTEST STRAW comes to mind.

After all the bad press about the 458. My father brought a used one recently done a few 1000 miles not had any problems. Well other than my father not understanding how everything works i.e every thing is on the steering wheel .

When I pull into the Ferrari dealership (Newport Bch Cal.) in my R 8, I get treated quite nicely. They KNOW I LOVE their Ferrari showroom. Taking them a box of crumpets helps too. When someone loves your car so much some love rubs onto the owner too. Don't arrive at the dealer on your bicycle!!

We set the bar so low - Spend 300k on a car and are happy we can drive a few thousand miles in it without an issue.


The thing that makes me sick you can buy a 15k Kia Soul and drive it forever without one issue.

You do have a point you even get a 7 year warranty in the uk on most kia cars
I'm going British next Mclaren if I order it now I'll get it in 2.5/3 years
