Porsche mechanic for PPI in Houston

I post this here because I think we have had some solid and reliable members from the Houston area, and I'm hoping maybe someone can help me out with this question.

My son is very interested in a Porsche (about 6 yrs old I think) for sale by a Houston dealer. He is to the stage where he is considering a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) by an independent mechanic.
I know we've got a lot of present and former Porsche owners among our R8 group, and I'm wondering if anyone out there can recommend an independent shop in Houston where a PPI could be arranged?

Any suggestions greatly appreciated. BTW, I've had NO WORD yet from the guys who were working up the R8 tow hook. Figured I'd give 'em 'til after the holidays now, and then inquire again.
