Due to living along way away for most of the tracks was thinking about getting trailer.

Seen a few I'm liking this one :http://www.trailersusa.com/Trailers/...rricane-i89912

What trailers do you guys use or any feedback on the hurricane trailers?

I'm also having problems working out if I can pull a trailer or do I need to take a trailer test? I don't find the people driving services people very helpful at all

I'm just hoping the tundra is man enough for the job

You should buy my gooseneck trailer and truck. We upgraded to a three-car big rig, so my smaller outfit is for sale. It is top quality, in great shape, and although not short is quite easy to drive.

    More details at http://www.racingjunk.com/Truck-Trai...Gooseneck.html

That is a super epic set up but I think its too long for me I'd wipe everything out that even came near .

Would you need a special license go pull the above?

The biggest trailer I've ever pulled was 17ft long :S

    Re: car trailers

Your Tundra should not have a problem pulling that trailer if you have the V8. The thing you need to make sure of is that the hitch on your truck (and suspension) is properly rated for the tongue weight of the trailer WITH the car and all of your gear loaded in it. You might also check to see if the trailer has its own electric or hydraulic brake system. If it is electric, then you will need to add the electric brake controller to your truck. You have more homework to do before making a purchase.

Every think is very different and a lot bigger in the states than in england so having to learn all the rules and differences.

It was the only reason i went for a V8 luckily gas in really cheap in the states.

The trailer comes with electric brakes so the truck would need the controller.

Does anyone have any trailers to look into like the one I posted in op?

    Re: car trailers

If I'm not mistaken, the new Tundra comes with a factory hitch. Ask the Dealer what the hitch classification and weight rating is. I believe it is a class 4, which should suffice, but they should be able to tell you. The electric controller is no big deal.

    Look at

    http://pacwesttrailers.com/

There are several others... you just have to look around. Used might also be an option.
