I want to wax my car, but since I never had the protection film before,I don't know if it will create a difference on the color when the film get removed.

Power is nothing without control.
Well you should ask your film installer. Generally speaking not a problem (I have looked into this quite a bit) however some films should not be waxed and must instead be treated with a spray on plastic polish/wax to avoid scratching and discoloration. As to the portions that are not protected by film you should, of course, keep waxing with a quality wax. When you remove the film (in 2-4 years) you may very well see some difference but a lot will depend on sun exposure.

Yes, I have the Film cleaner.
I wasn't thinking on waking the film, but I was worried that after removing it will look to different
