    Smile Washing your engine

I learned recently that if you want to detail/wash your engine, it should be idling before, during and after, the pressure wash/hosedown. High volumes of air blast really helps get rid of the excess water. I hope this helps some of you that would like their engine bay pristine again. I learned this by watching Mike.

The water DOES get out. There are several flat plastic panels and water can escape easily. There is a service bullitin regarding drilling a hole in one of the panels. And this drilling is OPTIONAL.
