water spots on glass

any suggestions on how to rid all my glass of water spots! can't seem to get rid of them no matter what I do.

Did a search on google, a few people have said claying worked and also vinegar. It says you can mix the vinegar 1:1 with water but some are trying it straight on so i'd suggest trying it with water first.

Sounds like a hard water area problem like me, if you chamois or micro fibre it off before it dries....

have you tried autoglym fast glass or the glass cream they do?

To avoid spots, you could rinse it down with filtered water - I use a rinse pimp: http://www.rinsepimp.co.uk/

Clay barring is REAL good, some use a very FINE steel wool too. I have recently switched from McGuires Last Touch for all surfaces including glass.(micro fiber towel). Now we use McGuires Ultimate Detail. It can be used to wipe EVERYTHING down just before a showing or anytime. Inexpensive, and it really works-- on ALL surfaces. Sound too good to be true? It gives rubber just the right sheen too! Do I have this right Mike?

Zaino Z12 does wonder on glass with spots. Nothing removes spots like it.
