Which areas are most prone to scratches?

Hi,

I'd love to know which areas of the car, aside from front bumper/bonnet/wings are most prone to scratches from random road hazards such as stones and whatnot.

I'm going to have the car wrapped with a transparent wrap and am thinking if to do it all or just select (but full) areas.

The leading edge of side blades, side skirts, lower portion of doors, quarter panels in front of and behind the rear wheels. Also A-pillars and leading edge of roof. Even top of roof can get dings on low cars. I also covered the door sill inserts to protect from soles of shoes.

Rear quarter panels from careless people leaning over your car to look in the engine bay.

I think the bumper, hood and rocker panels are the worst areas needing coverage. I also covered the headlights, mirrors, leading edge of the side-blade, A pilar, following edge of wheel wells. I used 3M protective film and really like it.

IMHO Installation is not for the unskilled.

Thanks for the input guys. So basically I'd probably be better off covering the entire car!
