Madison/Chicago area detailers?

For the past couple of cars I've owned, I've taken them to Jason at Jason's Auto Spa ( http://jasonsautospa.com/index.html ) and had good luck. He's been honest and has provided good results within my budget of 600-800 for a full detail with some amount of paint correction.

He's well known and respected on the Corvette forums, among others, and I was curious if you all have either worked with him with your R8s or had any other positive detailer experiences in our area.

While I plan to continue to visit Jason due to my positive experiences, I always like to know who people use as it seems to vary from brand to brand or forum to forum.

Happy to be joining the group soon as a new R8 owner.

I'm also excited to be one of only a few Lava cars joining the ranks. Seems that it is a somewhat rare color as it was hard to find pics or example cars anywhere in the area before taking the plunge and ordering. Turns out another local Madison guy bought Lava so it was at the dealer a couple weeks ago and I saw it well after I ordered. I'm now glad I did - it's beautiful in person.

I use Ivan at Lustr, http://www.lustrdetail.com/. Good guy, very meticulous, and he does mobile detailing as well, though I don't think he'd come out to Madison. Out of the cars on his portfolio, mine are the C63, Meteor C4S, and Maserati (first two are sold), and he's done my GT2 and Ram before, and is doing the R8 next Fri. Of course I'll post of tons of pics after.

I've used Jason in the past. Have had good luck with him for the most part, but had some issues on my Jeep detail last year. He was supposed to correct it, but we never could work it out with scheduling. I just contacted him the other day to do my R8, but he is working in Arizona through the entire month of August.
So..... I will need to look elsewhere.

Arun, your guy is who my clear bra guy recommended. Is he worth it?

EDIT: Just looked at his portfolio, and saw my E46 M3 in there! lol
He must have done it about 4 years ago. Honestly wasn't impressed all that much! Maybe he's gotten better since?

Tommy, he has gotten better since he first did my B7 S4 and 997 C4S 3 yrs ago, with better equipment and products (and experience of course). He's doing my R8 Fri and I plan on being at supercar sat, so you can check out his work then if you are coming out.
