Engine Bay

Being a newbie I am getting a little overboard but what is the best way and best products to use on the engine bay to keep looking great.I am sure some of you are anal like myself but is keeping the engine bay clean crazy.I hope not...anyway advice on what do do is truly appreciated.

I am amazed that there is little work required to keep the engine bay looking great. I have ~20K on my car and I only wipe it down after every fill up. I only wipe off the dust. There has never been an oil or grease leaking.
