Over the course of the last 14 months we have gained a strong knowledge of how the R8 works and with this in mind we have launched a range of upgrades to enhance ownership and drivability of the car.

Engine Tuning:-

Stage 1

• Engine Base: 4.2 V8 N/A ~ 414bhp
• Performance upgrade by ECU reprogramming (engine control unit remapping)

Stage 1 consists of optimisation of engine management software. This is done using the latest technology in order to achieve the best possible results and most efficient power and torque gains. Before each remap is performed, various mechanical checks are carried out. Expected gains are approximately +12-15bhp and +15-18lbs.ft of torque including removal of the speed limiter.


Stage 2

• Engine Base: 4.2 V8 N/A ~ 414bhp
• Performance upgrade by ECU reprogramming (engine control unit remapping)
• Sports air filter
• Exhaust system with sports catalytic converter

Stage 2 consists of APS ECU remap, sport air filter and Milltek Sport exhaust system. The Milltek exhaust is available in two options, resonated and non-resonated. The sound with this exhaust fitted is simply wonderful and with the added benefit of being lifetime warranted, it further adds to enhance the ownership of the R8.

Cat back Resonated

Removes secondary catalytic converters, quieter system which is still road legal. Uses original tips. Kit includes:-
- LH Resonated Connecting Pipe
- RH Resonated Connecting Pipe
- Silencer Assembly ~ Excluding trims

Cat back Non - Resonated

Removes secondary catalytic converters, non - resonated louder system which is still road legal. Uses original tips. Kit includes:-
- LH Non - Resonated Connecting Pipe
- RH Non - Resonated Connecting Pipe
- Silencer Assembly ~ Excluding trims

Cat back Resonated including secondary catalysts.

Including secondary catalytic converters, quieter system which is still road legal. Uses original tips. Kit includes:-
