I have a set of 4 tire bags from Blackwatch Racing. They are a lotus tuner, but also make some great gear bags.

These are new, never used. However, they are 10" wide and will only fit a 245 tire. If you have a car other than your R8 that you track (or have spares for), then these are a great setup for storage or transportation.
