FS: Audi R8 Aluminum Jack Pads

    For Sale:

Audi R8 custom jack adapter puck. I had a run of 10 made. Keeping one for myself, and I have two local R8 guys already taking one each, thus leaving 7 for the R8talk community...

    ALL GONE!

$40 Canadian each + shipping and handling.

If you want one, provide your Postal/Zip Code and I will tell you what shipping will cost. I need to figure out what size of package I will put it in first so that I can accurately determine your shipping costs, but the first 7 people who post here, will get one. Next step I need to do is go to Business Depot, get some small mailing boxes and packing peanuts, once I have a box all set to go, measured and weighed, I can enter in the info in to Canada Post's website to get the cost of shipping.

Paypal will be accepted for payment. I think that will likely make things easiest for most people.

    Who wants one?

My bad: I should have read the entire thread. Yep, count me in. I'm at 33957 and I'll take one. Let me know where to send the cash & I'll send it via Priority Mail (unless you have a PayPal account and I'll pay you that way - safer for everyone and I don't mind paying a service fee to compensate for any that PayPal may charge you).

I'll take one. Not even sure what it's exactly for, or if I'll need it, but figure it could come in handy some time.

NVR are you joking? It fits in the jack hole on either side of the vehicle which is usually used by the OEM jack.

This adapter lets you use a trolley/floor jack to lift the car at that same spot instead of having to position the jack right under the vehicle at the spots front or rear.

LOL! As soon as I hit the submit button, I thought "wait a minute, I know what these are for!" Even though I haven't had to jack my car up as of yet, I'll just blame it on having a temporary brain fart!

I don't intend to jack my car myself but am ordering one for the convenience of the shop that's holding my spare wheels/tires so it'll be an easier swap next time.
