I am going to purchase a Spyder, so it's time to let my baby go. The best bang for your buck, my '08 R8. No, the girl does NOT come with the car. This car is Bad-Ass to the bone. Always garaged and detailed to pin point perfection. Top 'O the Line equipment. Still under warranty and the warranty can be extended. Were it not for the Spyder coming out, I probably would have held on to this ride for a long time. This is my first Audi, and I am now, truly an Audi convert. Pm, or call me at 323 236 8800. I prefer to keep the 15 spoke Lambo wheels for my Spyder...but if this becomes a deal breaker I will let them go with the car. C.F. Holding out for the right used one. Seen a black one sell and dealer now has Ice silver at 25K ABOVE MSRP. the longer I wait to sell my '08, the LESS she will be worth.

Couldn't agree more that its the right time to move a 08 negating a bigger deprecation hit next year.

I assume its a V10 R-Tronic your shopping or are you looking at the upgraded Horsepower V8 Spyder?

There is a white V10 coupe on the show floor here in MN. The buyer could not make the nut with his trade-in. It is going for MSRP.

How can you buy a Spyder? No more track time? Every track I have been to forbid convertibles.

Seems that most of the "early adopters" are going with the spyders. We appear to be flooding the market with our 08's and 09's just from this board.

MnGolfer, even with a 4 pt. roll cage ?? Down here some tracks are allowing some modern 'verts on the track, I hear.

Check with ACNA and see what they say. I am no expert. When we register for track events they are VERY specific with no convertibles.

Please stop selling all '08 and '09 R8's until I can get mine sold. I am attempting to buy out my partner and I need the money.

I don't want to, but I really want to buy my partner out. If the car does not sell I will be happy. I love my R8. It is the most fun car I have ever owned. At least I can tell my wife I tried to sell it. It is on eBay.
