Used V10 supercharger

If you're selling a V10 that's been supercharged, you've probably figured out that you're losing most of the value invested in that S/C.

I'll buy the supercharger and all associated parts for a fair and decent price, we'll obviously negotiate.

I'm also patient.

Paying $30K or whatever it is to *void* my warranty is just out of the question... at least I'll have some cash left to replace whatever needs replacing if it needs replacing as a result.

No warranty for such a mod here in Europe.

LOOOL I dont blame you for trying mate. I would love to pickup a used V8 supercharger but its never ever going to happen :P I do agree that the cost of R8 superchargers is simply rediculous!

If you are referring to the STASIS supercharger, you are aware that there aren't any NEW ones in owners hands yet, right?

@mark25, it's going to happen. Especially since the fine folk in the US say there's almost no resale value to mods on this car. Six months, a year, it will happen. Also, I'm pretty sure you can find a used V8 supercharger right now already as the number of installs is much bigger.

@desperado, STASSIS, VF, doesn't matter. I'll wait until there's someone selling.

@freshmeat, the chance of finding a supercharged car to buy in Europe is nil. And buying cars around Europe (then importing them to your home country) is not as simple as doing so in the US.

In a few years from now though, when my interest in the R8 is probably zero, it's going to be dirt cheap compared to current pricing. I'm patient, but not that patient.

STASSIS said 3-4 year warranty in england so why would it be different for you?

Its not hard to put the parts together for a charger set up. Not sure if you like getting your hands dirty but if you know a shop or you and a friend can weld then then just make it as bet you could build one for 10k

You could hit 1000hp and twin Centrifugal supercharged If you wanted to go crazy. Run low boost 700-800bhp easy
