Man if your car isnt selling at 45K I was lucky to get 45K for my car 4 months ago. My car was an 08 with 44K on the clock and had a tatty light interior and same spec as yours! I think the only reason it sold was the orange wrap I had on it. Good luck with the new car!
Regarding the OP there are so many high mileage V8s around you shouldnt have an issue finding one. Just make sure it isnt clocked like my old car was after I sold it.
V210 - Silver / Black with full CF and part leather
V6 - Orange / blue - sold and missed
m3 09 my best car ever

I've had a few people after it but no one wants to pay the asking price, which I think is a very fair price tbh.It may be the time of year and I've probably undersold it by a couple of grand, but having said that I've managed to get a fair trade price and a £6k reduction on the car I'm buying, so its swings and roundabouts I suppose.
I'm shocked tbh its not been snapped up
Sold my 08 V8 in May for £42.5k and it had 65k on the clock!!!!!
That's a decent budget, and will bring you a good car. Don't let R8 fever get you into the wrong car - hold out until you find the right one. My advice would be not to worry too much sbout the colour itself; make sure you are happy with the car mechanically. If there is an existing warranty even better.
On extras I would say you do not really need any but extended leather makes for a real difference in feel. After all, inside is where you will enjoy the car.
Do look at V10s unless you only want a V8. Reason: you can get newer, much higher spec cars, often with much lower mileage for 10-15k more than older V8s.
Good luck and hope you find the right car.
