I have an R8 XXX plate and got it for the standard DVLA fees. When I sell my car I will include the plate as I dont see it having any value. Why would R8 JCK be worth anything beyond the £200 you paid for it?

Come on guys. Don't you realize this plate might appeal to someone on R8Talk if:

• their name is Jack,
• they stole their R8, or
• they have hair on their palms.

Hi have you never heard the phrase "im alright Jack". Plus not sure if you would know him, but famous Irish comedian James Mulgrew (Jimmy Cricket) previously owned the merc with this reg plate on it.

Doubt you will get much interest for it most people go for 1 XXX or XXX 1 in this market. Number plates are hard to sell imo

none of my friends are called jack ether.
