Yes - many of the OEM parts are overlay. I'm not sure about the hoop that runs around the dash board.. Can't recall.

Drew is 100% correct. All of our Porsche, Lamborghini Gallardo, Audi, Mercedes parts are done as overlay because the way the parts mount is very complicated and nearly impossible to get right. This is the same way the factory does it for these parts as well.
We do full molder carbon parts for most Ferrari, and Lamborghini Murcielago and diablo parts. These cars are put together with screws and simple tabs that make the parts easier to replicate. Where a Ferrari center console might have 6 screws and two tabs holding it in place, a Lamborghini has about 15 tabs and clips that all have to align perfectly and snap into place.
Also most carbon exterior parts on the market that are molded are just molded fiberglass pieces with one layer of carbon...so they too are overlay, but the fit probably isn't as good as factory, and they aren't as light as full CF.
