Thanks. Looks easy. Is the tape strong enough to hold during track/race conditions?

Sorry, I forgot to tell you guys...the TDI paddles were rubbish, UNNECCESSARY, and you may even damage the paddle switches getting in and out of the car.(KNEES HITTING EXTENTIONS). My dealer beleived me that my paddles got dusty and faulty and dealer replaced both under warranty.I LIKE the original set-up so much more. Sure the extensions LOOKED COOL. BUT ALL SHOW .

The MACarbon paddles are, however just about perfect, just long enough to help when you have a bit of lock on , not so long that I have ever knocked them with my knees and the quality is deeply impressive. So I don't agree that they are ALL show - they undoubtedly look better than the cheapo black plastic look (on V8's) and just feel better if you use the paddles all the time.
    Best Regards, Ian

This is really why I need them. I find that when I have a bit of steering lock on mid corner and I need to short shift for the next corner, it's pretty difficult to do consistently with the OEM paddles.

Is the adhesive tape strong enough?

The tape works SO good that your switch will BREAK before the extension budges. Try going faster and slide so there's not so much wheel travel. The MCCArbon style sure looks like you are going to enjoy them. If you dig them ,then I'll probably try a set. But imagine how much a pair of damaged switches might cost.(when warranty finally expires) If a person keeps their R8 beyond warranty, then that must be TRUE grit.(love)

I see that you now have the Radio/NAV cover in stock. Looking to order and saw that I could also order the installation tool, But did not see the tape and also what about those radio keys? Where could I get them? Thanks
