VF-Supercharger finished and installed.

Here is a recently completed installation. The supercharger inlet, and plenum are billeted from blocks of 6061-T6. Billet production allows us to produce consistent and optically appealing pieces.

Options include a (1) satin black supercharger and (2) black anodized aluminum for a stealth appearance. Carbon fiber not included.

The most rearward part appears to be a heatshield. The shield would have to be painted if you didn't want it silver. I'm pretty sure the R8 comes with forged Alum. pistons. Right? I always thought that if you added boost , you raised the compression. VERY high compression can be had with all alum. engines like ours. I am pretty sure these VF enthusiasts will be informing us to the MAX. Bodhii is probably in need of a rest. He sure has been busy-Helping US .

Not sure which I prefer tbh, so far I think it's the silver one...maybe until I see an installed black one?

You should be able to have any color you want, for a price. Personally I like Anodized color /finishes on aluminium !

Have you decided whether you'll be supercharging yours or anything (like nitrous ) yet Harrison? If you do I guess you'll opt for a Jet Blue one?
