Performance Brake Pads for R8

Hi Guys, I need some performance brake pads for my R8. I have a track day coming up and I want the confidence knowing I won't cook the brakes.

Anyone know of a brand of pads that suit the R8?

I'm heading out to QLD Raceway with a few of my mates. They got 997TT, Carreras etc... Should be fun.

Did some Skidpan and MotoKhana stuff on Saturday. **** this car is FUN!!! Got pics and videos to come.

if you change the pads ( I am using ferodo racing ) don't forget to change the brake fluid to DOT 4 Racing and the brake tubing to inox otherwise the brakes will overheat in 10min and that's it.

Thanks Ti-Mike, I'm planning on using Castrol SRF Racing Brake Fluid.

Just got Pagid RS4-2 Blue pads and Castrol SRF installed. Need to bed the pads in and I'll advise results of track day next week!!

4-2's are the best road/track pad around. Good choice! Sorry I didn't get back sooner!
