Reddy, please do a search. There's another thread going about wheels by Drifting and that thread also has a link to a post by Rich from OEM that has wheel sizes, weights and such.

May I ask what the obsession with lightening your car is? Some of the questions you've asked, for example, wanting Ti wheel lugs, are interesting.

You're going after itty bitty items that are not worth while unless you're working on a full blown race car where every ounce means something.

Have you ever handled the stock v8 wheels? They are ultra light. I bought a set of silver 5 spoke wheels from a new spider for my winter tires and was amazed how light they were. I have some Fiksi wheels on my Porsche and I think the Audi wheels are lighter. I doubt if you can improve on them. Plus you can use the same lug nuts. Will

It's better to start with weight of Stock wheels , can any one let me know the stock wheel weights ? Of 19 size hope they are Forged wheels ,sorry if I had been repeating them, But as there wasn't much info on carbon wheels love to stick to Forged wheels only , OZ wheels are 22 & 24 lbs for front and rear , are these lighter than what we have as OEM ? Wanted to be safer as our roads still have surprises with potholes ,can't avoid at higher speeds ,

Thumbs up Re: lightweight wheels ? options & costs pl

Good luck with your search. All wheel weights have been verified and posted already guy. The better race wheels are only a few ounces, if any, lighter than the stock wheels. Now,a stronger and lighter wheel is very nice too.

Which OZ wheels are you referring to? If it's the Superleggera HLT, they're not forged.

I have tried to do a search on 10 Y Spoke wheel weight versus 5 Spoke.

I seem to remember someone did a long time ago but I could not find it.

    Does anyone remember or know?

Rich from OEMpLus started a thread called "wheel database"...he probably forgot to include the weights of the Y spoke wheels.
