Test Drove v10 6sp, R8. Pickin it up next week

I know i earlier asked you guys about a spyder that i was looking at. Now today i went and test drove a 2012 coupe that is 6sp. Boy i loved the way the car grips the roads. I am coming from a 3 years ownership of an E60 M5. I dunno whether i should keep my M5 or sell it now? lol
I need your advise on the price as i think it is pretty good.
The car is 2012, 6sp, 8400miles with titanium package (black exhaust tips, p black inlays etc with special rims) You guys know more than me.
They were asking $135k and i talked them down to 130k w/o any problem. The dealer however is demanding deposit (its a McLaren Dealership not Audi), They had this as a trade in.

When i first took the car off the lot felt a judder on the wheels while turning hard right the sales guy said that the wheels were cold and the car is 4wd and it normal. Any thoughts from you gurus?
Also is the price fair? I think it is at 130k. It is Ibis white with light grey interior, Alacantra roof liner, Led package etc.
Should i give them deposit before they even run my credit report and all. Is it ok to buy from another dealer than Audi? Pros? cons?
Please give me your inputs cuz i am def picking up this car.

I picked up a V10 6spd as well. Great car.

I also noticed the judder. It went away when I changed my tires. It's caused by the cars suspension not having true Ackerman geometry. They do this to increase performance at speed.

With the cold weather here I'm getting the same from front tires along with some brake squeal, had it in both my R8's and normal. Titanium package is a great option as I'm not a fan of all the chrome they put on without it. No problem buying from a non Audi dealer, Any Audi dealer would welcome you with open arms to service. As far as price goes sounds good, but i suck at that part of car buying

too funny. I also nearly bought a 2010 R8 V10 coupe from a McLaren dealer who had traded the R8 for a McLaren...
deal fell through, but I had no issue buying from McLaren... however I defintely wouldnt want to buy from a small no name bs dealer

the only thing is that the dealer wants to hold the deposit never the less. So i talked him down to holding 5k instead of 10k. We'll do all pre-purchase inspection there after. Hopefully he can get me a good loan with an excellent interest rate. Lets see. I am so excited. ****. I am keeping the M5 also as a DD. Let the good times begin.

Any high-end detailer can measure the paint thickness on the panels and tell in a minute or two if the car has been repainted.

The MT is a big part of why I love my R8 so much - enjoy it. Yeah, have them walk around the car with you and a paint meter. It's still possible that there could be paint work or replaced panels even though the readings are consistent, but if you get a good PPI, paint meter checks out, run the VIN with the Audi dealer (most won't disclose certain details, either bc of law or dealer policy, but you can usually get confirmation that everything is "ok"), carfax is clean then you've really done all you can. You have many of these risks on a brand new car as well.

Wonder if any dealer would give this to you in writing that it has never been painted or had any body parts changed?
Also does Audi cover everything for 4 years/50k miles, besides maintenance? I am so used to free maintenance with Bmw. This r8 had major service done at 6k miles and now has 8300 miles. Would it need another oil change?
