    Saw this too and wanted to find a dealer website but couldn't get it through...

    Yeah, can't find the dealer's info. A quick search on the VIN yields a similar R8 with no interior CF and different wheels, plus different color side blades. Very strange.

    This doesn't surprise me at all. Like any other car, prices will start coming down even further on these cars, especially as more used ones start hitting the market. Simliar r8s listed at higher prices aren't necessarily selling at those prices either. I'm looking to get into an R8 next year and feel I'll be able to pick one up in the low $80k range used.

    Engine removed, transmission removed, AC replaced, etc..... Yet carfax still says no incidents?

    Low 80k I doubt, low 90K well equipped is possible next year when the new revisioned R8 is released.

    Yeah low 80k is impossible unless it has high mileage..
    I saw one 2008 with 55k miles selling for 85k in southern cali

    agreed that low 80s would be on a higher mileage 2008 model. however nothing is impossible
