There were only 2 as we bought ours some months back. Right after us, one guy from AC/DC bought the 4th.
3 are Coupes. Ours is the only Spyder so far ;-)

They seem to be popular in Toronto, but "popular" is a relative term. My hood has maybe 4 or 5 (two v10's including mine), but there are at least 20 Porsches (not including Panameras etc).

+1 - I've seen more Aventadors recently than R8s. Surprising actually.
There is another R8 in my garage in NW London. None others in the neighbourhood that I know of.
At weekends, I sometimes increase the R8 population in Andyhofer's home town by 100%...

Have not seen a single one in any the 3 nearest STATES! (me, nh, vt)
@Goud, I'm in the Kingsway. I know of three grey cars (including mine) plus I see a white V10 in the hood all the time and there is a black one around as well. So I'm guessing there must be 3 at a minimum and likely at lest one of the others is local.

I occasionally see another R8 V10 Spyder around my area. Other than that I don't know of any other cars.
If I drove the 18 miles into London though (takes 1hour 20mins on a good day) there would be a lot.
