Waited 3 months for my parts

I have been waiting for my carbon interior parts from NeidFaktor Hambuurg since Oct. They said the RHD interior carbon parts are not in stock, so they have to produce it for me and It will take about 4 weeks. I have wrote them an email in dec and they said it's still in production. After a long wait, I decide to write them an email again two days ago and this time they just ignore my email. I was like...I have been waited 3 months for your parts, if they are not in production just tell me the truth instead of ignoring my email, I just feel sad about this situation.

no... but always interested in hearing what the vendor has to say...

a similar thread came up with AUDI-OEM, but it turned out to be false from what I have read..not saying this will be false but curious to see when/if the vendor replies...
