I've been watching it for a few weeks. Some interesting prices changes in a very short time. You can check the price history on Car Gurus.
It is priced right no doubt at this point with the options it does have...it is probably just a hair above what they actually have in the car for their investment...one big option not there though is no ceramic brakes. I looked at the silver one at Continental here in Chicago and drove it...slightly higher content for only a little bit more cash (I bet they will come down off the 189...or thats what they told me when i was buying my GT as a pass through from them. Probably a wash to add the brakes after the fact to the PA car

Wondering if the dealer is getting extra incentives from Audi to get rid of 2012 R8 stock. That Atlanta dealers was supposedlu offering $20K+ off of the 4 he had and if the difference between invoice and MSRP is 9% then he is either being supported by the factory or taking a huge loss
What do you think MSRP is on the silver one? Gotta go drive one of these GTs!
The PA one I think about 205 from the options I do see. No more than 210. The one I linked in Illinois is around 220. 35k off sticker is the GT going rate at the moment. Not site audi is putting incentives on the GTs but regular ones above I'm sure is the story. Problem with these GTs are that all of them are used and were buy back/trade ins so they have a very definite dollar into them and since not new they probably do not get the extra kickback. That said 175 for a GT with the content it does have is a great number compared to a regular V10 R8. Way more raw though. This thing is stiff. Track tuned it is. Not the weekend lux super car.

If you are interested in the other silver one I mentioned at Continental Audi in the Chicago area call Bill Manrot at 888 379 2106. Mention me, Mark, a GT owner...he knows me well and he may also be able to work something on their car too. After seeing the update car at the Detroit auto show I am very happy with my decision to not wait.
