2014 R8: Who's Getting One?

I just saw MotorTrend's video review of the 2014 and the author LOVES the Spyder. Now I'm not quite sure which one to go with.

It will be another great R8 for new buyers..

I had proposed last year to upgrade... but I have absolutely fallen in love with my current V10(its one of those built mid week I,m sure) and after owning 2 previous R8's..the small upgrades don't justify the change over particularly as I am a Manual box driver.

I will wait for the all new shape and the Gallardo replacement late next year and go from there.

Same here. Waiting for the new "era" of cars to come out. Want to see what lambo and others come out with. All the cars will have the dual clutch and maybe forced induction.

Since it appears that you own a 458 coupe, it seems logical to go for the spyder. Personally, I have never enjoyed a car more than my MT V10 spyder.
