I found an R8 tuning from a reputable Swiss firm, but they publish rather more conservative figures (performance-wise).

What is your source?

Following are the DIGITALTUNING figures.

I had them work on my old NSX and the result was very evident, with much better in-gear accelleration (in top gear the 80-120 km/h time was reduced by a full two seconds).

Would you be so kind to explain this BS top speed? 319km/h?! With new gearbox?! Normal R8 is hitting 301km/h at almost 8000rpm in sixth so...

Also 37hp just from new ECU?

Hp hike is possible if the ecu is as usual set to conservative levels?

Good point about the top speed unless they have moved the limiter

+37 peak hp is extremely optimistic for a high compression naturally aspirated motor of modest displacement.

Ziptuning has a good reputation, although I can't tell you how accurate this is (untill I tried it myself!)

319 km/h is exactly in the limiter!

Guys, If we compare Zip Tuning vs Digital Tuning figures you will find that they are both similar:

Zip Tuning VS Digital Tuning

Max HP -> 457HP vs 450HP
Max Torque -> 464Nm vs 502Nm

This means 2 different Tuners are claiming increases of at least 30HP. So, maybe it is possible.

I suggest Guilty or CeBe go ahead and purchase the ECU upgrade and report back to us immediately!!! It is their duty!!

PS: I'm Italian and I read what CeBe has written and it's correct!
