As I understand the VIN, the last 6 charaters--12-17 represent the production number. On the R8 registry of first 150 to US, these numbers skip a lot and go from 001329 to 003034. Does 003034 mean it was the the 3034 R8 made? Also, somewhere someone also stated that only one of these first 150 went to a real owner. Not so, as mine is on the list also.
