Need help - Audi customer service

local dealer insists on selling the manual r8 at SAME price as R tronic

I would like to take the issue straight to Audi Germany.

Anyone has the phone contact to that?

I remember someone here has tried that route for other complaints and i hope that can help in my case.

USA R8 Customer Service Number is: 1 866-892-2834... however, Audi dealers are owned indpendant of Audi USA and can charge what ever the market will bear. My dealer did not charge me extra for the manual. Take your business else where.

Unfortunately Yph is located in Singapore so AoA won't be of any assistance. My guess is that the number of R8's imported to Singapore is so small that the dealer has the buyer by the ba__s! It would be interesting to know what Audi VAG thinks about a dealer treating a customer in such a manner?

try going to Audi WW website & look for a customer service option....though they may refer you back to your country dealer....offroad911 may be right tho......good luck!
