not really a huge choice on colours for the seats, i am sure as time goes the range will increase to match the rest of the Audi range but on launch we have a choice of four colours.
Black
Luxor Beige
Mustang Brown
Pale Grey
No the most exciting line up im sure you will agree.
I do quite like contrasting colours on the interior, not that there is anything wrong with itbut with a car thats shouts its pressence i think colour combinations will be very important.
Going through the list of colours here is what i would choose
Exterior/Interior
Ibis White/Black
Brilliant Red/Black
Daytona Grey/Pale Grey
Mugello blue/Luxor Beige
Monterey Green/Luxor Beige or Mustang Brown
Ice Silver/Black, possibly Pale Grey
Jet Blue/Black, possibly Pale Grey
now i have left out one colour, Phantom Black , and this is probably the colour i will be going for, as i mentioned i like a contrast so i am down to three colours already.
Going by the brouchure it seems that Luxour Beige cannot be ordered with black carpet and you must order Beige carpet. Now that has two problems, it firstly screams a more US taste of tan interiors and i dont really think Beige carpet will be easy to keep clean. Now i do look after my cars but i also like to drive them after all thats why i bought it so whether im in a suit or jeans and trainers i want to fell comfortable. I think the beige for the contrast but you should be able to order with black carpet
So im down to either Pale Grey or Mustang Brown. Now i was lucky enough to sit inside a Pale Grey interior car although it had Grey carpets, and the seats did look nice but i prefer my cars with Black carpets and i think the Exterior Black with Grey seats is not going to look as special as the Black and Mustang Brown combination that CAR magazine had.
So its going to be Black/Brown, unless the release Red before the car arrives![]()
