How are you guys heel toeing it? Side of foot, or actual heel and toe?

I'm wondering if it's just going to take some getting used to with these pedals, or if they feel a bit too far apart for side of the foot method.

Side of the foot onto the gas pedal. Everyone's feet are different... I have no trouble with H&T with the stock setup - do it all the time, and have done so easily on the track. I use the side of my foot and roll it over while doing the heavy braking with the left side of the right foot... Anyway, you might need to get some pedals from a dealer like Ultimate Pedals, or elsewhere. It also just might mean you need to practice with a new car...

Very easy to heel-toe with this car. Blips are usually enough to downshift smoothly.

No problem with my size 12's! I'm comfortable with the sides of my foot... very easy

Eh, it was the shoes. Put the more worn in ones on and it's better.
