5th Quart of oil - less than 4,000 miles

well, i'll be filling in my 5th quart of oil today and the car has less than 4,000 miles.

I think I have done a similar quantity but 14,000 miles. Time for the dealer to check?

1 liter in about 14,000 km (8,000 miles or so). It could be that the dealer added another dealer without telling me.

I understand that there are large variations between cars, but I do feel kind of blessed.

put my 3rd litre in today at 4,638 miles.

previous 2 were 1,111 miles and 2,935 miles.

Put in my 3rd in recently at 4200km...

Just checked mine for the first time at about 2200 km. The oil level is about 1/4 inch into the "do not fill" area.
