    Just installed Pagid Yellows... problem

Dealer installed Yellows today and I just got back from bedding them in. They sounded fine before hand and fine afterward... for a moment. I then developed a ringing-like LOUD squeal from the front right. It's a recurring squeal that happens ever time the wheel turns a certain amount. The occurrence of the squeal increases in frequency as speed increases. It doesn't happen when I brake and will disappear for a bit after some hard breaking of letting the car sit for a bit.

It comes only from the front right and is extremely loud.

What do you think could be causing this contact?

Sounds like the pad is a bit loose when the pistons are not pressing on it. It will probably go away with time. But meanwhile, I suggest you remove the wheel and check to make sure your rotor or wheel hub nut are not loose. That's unlikely, but can be a dangerous situation. Also remove and inspect the pads in that caliper to make sure all is as it should be. Even though you have bedded the pads, they still need to wear in a lot more before they fully mate with the rotor surface. So if everything looks fine, you probably need to drive it and let it settle in. Those are extremely hard racing pads, they are going to be noisey unless you get them very hot at a race track.

They just do it - need a really good 'thrash' to get rid of the squealing.
