My dealer even told me that I wasnt allowed the sell the car overseas until it had about 5000 miles on it. Dont know how they enforce that.

Selling the car overseas isn't a problem since once it's in your hands, it's.... in your hands! LOL

But one thing to consider is that some areas, Taiwan for example, the local Audi won't service it if it's a grey market import.
