Hi, has anyone else got a problem with callers not being able to hear them when using the handsfree?

I've had a consistent problem with it. See previous threads. I am beginning to think that it might be connected with the ****e radio reception, as this has failed again, but my outgoing telephone reception has got better. Its possible that when the radio was working the reception was worse. The dealership are scratching their head at the mo.

NeilSSS, are you in Europe or in North America? It's difficult to be completely sure because not everyone says where they are located, but so far it appears to be a problem limited to Europe (and the Middle East?) .

If any owner in North America has this problem, please let us know. If there aren't any, it may help the owners who are trying to get a resolution to this problem.

There is a service fix for this, and a screaming connection tone. Contact your dealer who will fit a Comms ECU under warranty

I took delivery of an 09 on Thursday. My salesperson ran through the BluTooth connection and we paired to my iPhone and before leaving. All contacts (address book), recent calls, etc. were readily available. So, no problems here.

My I phone works perfectly. Best audio I've ever had on a bluetooth car connection. Not sure if any update or fix was done on it before I picked it up.

The car went in to have the steering fluid leak sorted out. They did the Comms upgrade (which I did not ask for) at the same time, the car now has intermittent radio as well as ****e phone.
