I think it will all depends on demands of the market. With the convertible,V10 and Gt3 models schedule to be launch next year it's uncertain that the demand for R8 will subside. Audi is known for mass production and not exclusivity on any of their model . I think they will continue to produce as long they can make profit from the R8.
