Finally meet another R8 owner

Two days ago, I saw a black R8 while crossing the street, so I waved at him to roll down his window and had a quick chat while he was waiting for the light to turn green. Told him I have a silver and ask if he want to pulled over, and he did. We chatted for a little and exchange info. So that is the 2nd R8 owner I met in person in the past 2.5 months. The other R8 is blue.

I hope to run in another silver R8 owner that I saw around town several times. I know there is a gray R8 5 minutes from my house, I saw it last year parking outside of his driveway. Seen a light blue and a white on the road last year. Yet to see one on the road while I am in mine. That will be quite cool!

It's not going to be until early next year. Or so I was told. I guess it's something to look forward to, especially with the current economic conditions.

Would love to meet other local owners, but haven't. Asked my dealer to arrange a Sunday morning meet ... hopefully that will happen.
