R8 V10 Spotted on the road in UK

Hi

As an ex R8 owner, I thought I'd let you know while driving on the back roads near Milton Keynes the other day, I came across an MK registered V10 in a deep metallic blue. Obvious signs were wider side blades and different exhaust. I assume from the plate OV09, it was an Audi UK mule.

Obviously the RS6 with 649 bhp had no problems staying with it

When are they released?

Well, at least that's promising !

I hear that there is a UK V10 launch event in May.

First UK customer cars are delayed (since V10 production itself is delayed), and first customer car deliveries are now currently due to start in July/August.


P.S. "Deep metallic blue" is probably Sepang blue. Presume it had silver sideblades ? What were your thoughts on the colour ?

Pics would have been good, however I was alone driving,and no one was hanging about. You've seen the pics anyway. It doesn't look really any different from a V8, and most people I am sure wouldn't have noticed it was a V10, except for a saddo like me!
