Has anyone been able to spec out a 2010 V8 yet?

I'm in the US, and my dealer still hasn't been able to give me any details other than an order guide (with no prices). I was supposed to get a 2009 but his allocation never came through, so now it will be a 2010. Thanks.

The V10 is only a 2010 model year car. I ordered mine on 4/22/09 from a revised order sheet dated 4/15/09 at the bottom. There were new options on the sheet, but no prices. The dealer said to expect a $45K premium over the V8....but a lot of items are std. on the V10 that are extra on the V8.

I just spoke with my dealer and he said that my car has been released to production and is expected to arrive here in Oregon at the end of July or beginning of August.

Thanks for the reply, but I am trying to find out about the availability of the V8. Would love the V10, but it's a bit of a stretch on the budget.

Yes wedouglas. That's what my dealer said. End of July or beginning of August. Who knows for sure though. I heard of some coming in a month early and others delayed by shipping or part availability for a month or two.

Time will tell.

I have a 2010 R8 V8 on order with an open price. The following link has all the codes bu not prices. I am waiting for production date. Estimated delivey in September.

There are quite a few new 2009 R8s in the NewYork area that you probably can deal on. I order the new Sepang Blue myself.
