Was the R8 Origin From India?

Dilip Chhabria is the no.1 car designer in India. He designed and made this model by 2002.
I tried, but could not find any connection between Chhabria and the R8. My guess is that there must be something very strong between them.

Yeah, I agree that his cars look weird. But I can't get over how similar that one yellow model looks to the R8. Maybe he borrowed the idea from something connected to Audi. Maybe Audi somehow borrowed the idea from Chhabria. I am not someone who believes in coincidence. To have such similar designs just "HAPPEN" at about the same time, is just not believable to me. Wish I knew the story.

I have noticed this with a lot of car designs ....I figured it was because they are all using the same design software!!

To me it looks like a parody of good car design, the proportions, lines and surfacing are just abysmal........ Beauty and the beast ??

Well if they based it on his idea, thank goodness they put their own touches on it.

I Robot came out in 04, and wasn't a very early R8 body in that?

Will Smith was rolling in what appears to be an R8 with skirts on the wheel openings. You know there are R8 kit cars out there too.
