Terrible radio reception!

Along with the problem with the bluetooth microphone i've also been noticing that i can't pickup hardly any radio stations and more specifically get terrible reception on very widely broadcast ones (for anyone in the UK; Radio 1 is near impossible to not get everywhere, but i cant even listen to it through the mass of crackle).

All my other cars i've had (10 times cheaper even) have picked up these stations no problem in the same area. Has anyone else found their reception to be really bad?

My reception keeps going from good to bad to totally cutting out. When I had my car in for the exhaust install the tech moved the antenna booster to get it away from heat, He said thats what a service bulletin said. Still having the same problem and it even happened when I was detailing car which had not run all night. Others said they got that part replaced and I'm going to tell them I want that done. No big rush though since my satellite works fine and most of the time I don't even listen to the radio, Rather hear the music out of my Stasis and V-flow

If you aren't listening to the radio, but listening to your own music on your SD cards or CD's are there any problems there?

Those work fine also, thats why I'm sure it's the aeriel.

hi my radio was same. dealer replaced aerial booster (I think!) and it has been fine ever since
