About LinkBacksI just brought my R8 out in the rain for the 1st time and i noticed water dripping into the engine bay compartment (near the top and along the sides). Is this normal? what could be the problem?

Yes it's normal. If you look carefully at those grills or vents on both sides of the rear window, they are open to air and rain. Heat from the engine escapes thru those vents, they are always open for that reason.

I guess the R8 is relatively unusual in that all the scoops and grills are there for 'real' reasons rather than cosmetic on a lot of cars...
