    Red face Exterior mirror in CF?!?!

    Hi

    this is the fact: R8 V10 *IBIS WHITE* exterior colour

    with this optional:

    - Engine cover in Carbon Sigma
    - Side blade in Carbon Sigma
    - Carbon Sigma inlays

    do you like exterior mirror in Carbon Sigma (carbon fiber) or do you prefer in classic White?!

    I thought about painting the mirrors after painting the blade black, but I think it would ruin the flow of the car in my opinion. Looking from the side you have this dot of CF that breaks up the white, it just doesn't look good to me.

    I think if the sideblade on the R8 is CF then the mirrors should be if they can because they go better imo.

    Who is offering the carbon bases, besides PPI? PPI's seem nice, but not sure if there is any other competition in this market yet...

    I have searched but couldn't see them anywhere else. They seem like a pig to fit too, which I couldn't justify, it looked like the fitting charge would have cost more ;-)
