yes, EL code is "all black" (seat, console, interior and headlining)
with EM code headlining is "grey"

contrasting stiching (grey) is on the seats, too (my 2010)
and... dash, tunnel, navi console, door panel


seats with contrasting stiching: (it's brown or red...)
