Interior and exterior makeover

Hi Guys, I'd like some advise.
Down under I picked up an R8 from my local dealer that was in stock.I must say that being an Audi fan I love the R8 with a passion.
The R8 specification was as follows
Daytona Grey ,pearl effect/Quartz Grey Sideblades, R Tronic, 4.2 V8, All black interior with Alcantara inserts on the leather seats, Hill hold assist, Homelink, Seat Heating, Tyre pressure monitoring, Exterior mirrors,folding,heated and auto dimming.Audi magnetic ride, Audi parking system advance including camera.

Firstly I love the colourbut don't paticularly like the black plastic slats front and back. Any ideas about changing these items in either colour or style. What would look great.

Secondly the interior is a bit too plain.I don't mind the alcantara inserts on the leather seats, infact I prefer them . I need to break up the look of the plastic dash, consoles and doors. What can I do to improve without going overboard.
Alcantara Headlining Yes or No.
Alcantara or Carbon Fibre or both sports steering wheel. ???
Alcantara or Carbon Fibre Door Spear set.???
Carbon Fibre Hand Brake,Ash Tray,Rear Centre console, etc etc ???Which would you choose.???
In any case I'd like some suggestions of what to do to achieve a smart impact without going overboard.
